Current Sunday production system

The current documented system combines the Mackie 2404-VLZ4 front-of-house analog console, Shure wireless microphone receivers, a Sony FDR-AX53 4K Handycam, a Mevo Plus camera, and a YoloLiv YoloBox Pro used as the portable livestream switcher/encoder. A Mac mini workstation is also present at the AV position.

The attached September 29, 2026 photographs document the equipment as installed. Exact cable-by-cable signal routing should still be verified before relying on the website as a wiring diagram.

It focuses on support and reliability, audio, video/presentation, streaming, and lighting, with the goal of identifying and prioritizing gaps before evaluating technical solutions and cost.

Current planning document: define the need, identify the gap, prioritize the gap, then evaluate technology and cost.
